Guy Johnston has a wide-ranging international career both as a performer and teacher in the UK and USA. Highlights of his 2026 season include a performance in the BBC Proms and as a soloist with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.

He is joined by his regular duo partner, Melvyn Tan, who has his own world-wide reputation, for a programme which includes one of Beethoven’s tributes to Mozart, Schubert’s wistful and virtuosic sonata written originally for the five-string Arpeggione and a vigorous Sonata by Mendelssohn.
